Preconfigured AV profile enables faster setup and optimized system performance

Bluesound Professional and NETGEAR are partnering to simplify the deployment of networked audio systems through a preconfigured network profile on NETGEAR AV switches.
As part of the collaboration, NETGEAR AV switches will include preconfigured settings that automatically optimize networks for Bluesound Professional devices. By eliminating manual setup, this approach reduces complexity for integrators and helps ensure reliable system performance.
Bluesound Professional systems are powered by BluOS, a multi-zone audio management platform that enables synchronized audio streaming and control across multiple devices. The solution is designed to streamline installation workflows by applying network settings for BluOS traffic, reducing the risk of misconfiguration that can prevent systems from operating correctly. Integrators can access and deploy the profile directly within the NETGEAR AV OSTM as part of their standard configuration process.
The profiles will be available soon across all NETGEAR AV switches and via the NETGEAR Engage control software, with preloaded profiles for all Bluesound Professional networked devices on NETGEAR switches. While these profiles are compatible with all BluOS-enabled products, Bluesound Professional profiles are specifically engineered for commercial AV environments, enabling streamlined PoE deployment and simplified subnet configuration.
